Return Process

  Ensure the items are unworn, have all original tags attached, and are placed back in the original Activ Abou Alaa shoebox or packaging.

  Hand over your package to our designated courier service or visit any of our physical store locations to complete the return in person.

  Once our team verifies the condition of the sports gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
